Peter Pilotto, the British designer best known for his use of amazing patterns and colorful prints, has been dressing women in Hollywood for quite some time, including major stars like Kristen Stewart, Jada Pinkett Smith, Selena Gomez and Jaime King.  Ladies!!!!  The time has come that we can all own a Peter Pilotto design, as he brings an affordably priced line to Target stores everywhere on February 9th.
